By downloading the GrociKart app or using our website, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to grocery delivery services within the Mysore city limits.

2. Service Eligibility

GrociKart currently provides services exclusively within Mysore and surrounding local areas. You must be at least 18 years old or under parental supervision to place an order.

3. Ordering & Fulfillment

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate delivery addresses in Mysore.
• Substitutions: For fresh produce (fruits/vegetables), if a specific item is unavailable, we may contact you for a substitute or issue a refund.
• Delivery Slots: We aim for lightning-fast delivery (2-4 hours), but actual times may vary due to Mysore traffic or weather conditions.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed in the GrociKart app are in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and major Cards. Delivery fees may apply based on the delivery distance within Mysore.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Because we deliver fresh and perishable items (dairy, fruits, vegetables), cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. Refunds for quality issues are processed within 2-5 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrociKart is a facilitator connecting you with local stores and delivery partners. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
